Loida Beats License - QuickGuide

  • 1. Commercial Use

    🎵What you can do: Sell your songs, stream them online, perform live, or make music videos using the Beat.

    🔒 What Loida keeps: Loida Beats always owns the Beat itself. You're just licensed to use it in your songs.

  • 2. Publishing Split

    • You keep 50%, Loida Beats 50%.
    • Simple 50/50 split.

  • 3. Backend Royalties (Master Recording)

    💿 Your share: 75%

    💰Loida's share: 25%

  • 4. SoundExchange Royalties

    🎧 Your Share: 50% (Featured Artist share, collected directly from SoundExchange)

    🔒 Loida's Share: 50% (Rights Owner share of the master)

  • 5. Sync Licensing (Film, TV, Ads, Games)

    🎥 What you can do: Use the Beat in Tv, films, games, or ads only if Loida Beats approves it first.

    🔒Loida's share: Loida Beats keeps 50% of any revenue earned from these sync deals.

  • 6. Stems & Sounds

    🎹 What you can do: Use the stems or individual sounds to make your song.

    🔒What you can't do: You can't resell the stems, make new beats from them, or use them for Al training.

  • 7. Credit

    🎹 Always give credit: Add "Produced by Loida Beats or Any Loida" wherever your song appears (streaming, video, album, promo).

  • 8. Label Agreements

    If Licensee signs with a record label, Licensor retains 25% of all net revenue from the Master or any recreation of the Beat, including streaming, sales, and sync uses. Licensee is responsible for ensuring any label or third party complies with this Agreement.

  • 9. Delivery

    📦 What you get: Download the Beat in WAV/format, plus stems. Available for download after purchase. Once downloaded, it's yours to use under the agreement.

  • 10. Limited Availability
