  • Licensees may not resell, redistribute, or reuse any beat, stems, or sounds in other works without written permission.

  • Exclusive ownership is not granted unless explicitly purchased.

3. Payments and Refunds

  • All payments are processed securely through the platform (BeatStars, Airbit, or site payment processor).

  • All sales are final. Refunds are only available if Loida Beats fails to deliver the product as described.

  • By purchasing a beat, you acknowledge and accept these payment and refund terms.

4. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website, including beats, audio previews, images, text, and logos, is owned by Loida Beats and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

  • Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of website content or beats is strictly prohibited.

5. Backend Royalties & Publishing

  • Licensees are responsible for complying with all publishing splits, backend royalties, and sync usage as defined in the Limited License Agreement.

  • Licensor retains rights to any stems or sounds used in a beat.

6. Website Disclaimer

  • Beats and audio content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

  • Loida Beats does not guarantee any commercial success from using beats or services.

  • Loida Beats is not liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the website or beats.

7. Changes to Terms

  • Loida Beats reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time.

  • Continued use of the website after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Licensor’s jurisdiction.

  • Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the applicable courts of the Licensor’s jurisdiction.
